Day Time Nanny
If your main necessity is to find help during the day either part time or full time we can help you through the process, we carefully select our most qualified candidates according to your family’s needs and characteristics, we are committed to find the perfect match to give you and your little one the best possible childcare experience.

Birth Doula Services
Compassionate Support for Every Birth
At To Have and To Hold Doula Services, we believe every family deserves to feel informed, supported, and empowered throughout pregnancy, labor, and birth. Our birth doulas provide continuous emotional, physical, and informational support so you can approach your birth with confidence and peace of mind.
As part of our care for the mother we provide the herbs for sits baths, colostrum for fast healing , a special tea for milk production. Massages will be included in case mamis feet are swollen and lots of tips for a successful first 2 weeks of recovery.
Whether you’re planning a hospital birth, birth center delivery, or home birth, we’re here to support your choices every step of the way. We’ll meet to discuss your birth goals, answer your questions, and determine how we can best support your family.
Our Birth Doula Services Include
During two prenatal visits, we will:
- Get to know you and your support team.
- Discuss your birth preferences and create or review your birth plan.
- Practice comfort measures and labor positions.
- Review the stages of labor and what to expect.
- Help prepare your partner to feel confident and involved.
- Communicate your preferences with your healthcare team.
- Support for your birth partner.
After your birth, we’ll schedule a follow-up visit to:
- Celebrate your birth experience.
- Answer questions about recovery and newborn care.
- Provide additional feeding support and resources.
- Connect you with community services if needed.
Postpartum Doula
This is one of our most special services and the one we are most passionate about, the newborn and postpartum care. With our company you will not only find support on sleep training and breastfeeding but you will find help in anything related to caring for the baby (changing, bathing, feeding, swaddling, umbilical cord and circumcision care) and also postpartum general care including sore breasts, episiotomy, latching techniques and most important permanent support through the process to assure the mom is transitioning well.
Our general care help also includes babys laundry, shopping and light meals (as long as the baby allows us).
